Is it time for memories in the past to stop haunting you?
Are you ready to release the old emotions that no longer serve you?
Are there people in your life that you just cannot forgive?
Hypnosis can assist you in releasing these old feelings for good. The plan is to prevent further suffering and help rediscover
the ability to enjoy life and get excited about a promising future. We can't change what happened, but we can find relief
when we release the pain and discomfort associated with the event and people involved. When the source for pain no
longer exists, we are free to create a new and compelling future, freed from the unsupportive memories.
Recovery often involves the reestablishment of an inner resource that was taken away by an event. Once you release the source,
you will be taught the latest techniques to support your continued efforts in empowering these resources.

One of the primary goals of psychotherapy has been the healing of depression, anxiety, chronic anger, and other
emotional disorders, as well as the alleviation of psychosomatic diseases whose source is in the client's suppressed emotions.
As a hypnotherapist, I am constantly encountering our clients' childhood pain and trauma while attempting to assist them in behavioral changes.
Psychological research has strongly indicated that our patterns of emotional health or weakness are often determined by childhood factors.
Sigmond Freud was the first modern psychologist to suggest that trauma in the early years of childhood may be of supreme importance
in determining an individual's emotional adjustment in later life. Hypnosis often consists of healing and clearing some of these
events from childhood.
Healing of past trauma can accomplished through hypnosis. During a hypnotic trance you can safely, from a distance, go
back and view old traumatic events with a new perspective. Re-processing these events "takes the sting" out of them. If
done correctly, after a hypnotic review of a past traumatic event, you will still recall the event, it just won't seem as emotionally charged to you.
