Feeling overwhelmed and had enough?
Is your mind racing day and night?
Want to be motivated and full of energy?
From a clinical standpoint stress is the body's response to outside stimuli that we experience every day. Negative emotions and feelings like hate, guilt, anger, resentment, jealousy, fear, and sadness, just to name a few, initiate a cascade of chemicals that if left unchecked will become destructive to the body. A wide range of degenerative illnesses can be seen as having their roots in the stress we create.
This pent-up unmanaged stress has staggering effects on our physical and emotional well being. A recent report by the U.S. Surgeon General states: "There are indications that stress can be related to cardio-vascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and mental illness." Hans Sleeve, a world-recognized authority on stress, believes: "Stress plays some role in the development of every disease".
No one can control all the events that take place in the world around us. It is our futile attempt that brings on the negative emotions, feelings, and the stress that can be so detrimental. What we can control, and what hypnosis is so effective at helping us control, is how we choose to perceive and process these events.
We have a choice to see what life brings us as either a problem or a challenge, something to fear or something to overcome. We have the choice to see ourselves as victims or as those given the opportunity to grow.
Hypnosis is highly regarded for helping people manage stress, and I
feel a responsibility to teach my clients this self-empowering technique. By using Non-directive Interactive Transpersonal Hypnosis, my clients are provided with this self-empowering choice.
When you come if for hypnosis, we will uncover the source of the stress or anxiety, release any negative emotions that may be associated,
and create a new and satisfying response that is more inline with your desired outcome. We will then work to release the negative
association that has been created with the old challenges and create a new association that is much more appealing and suitable to the situation.
